The example drawing shows Ø450 × 3 mm construction, approximately 1539 mm overall height, 1002 mm vessel/support height, 532 mm upper section and 470 mm leg section.

Internal Basket Reference

The section view shows a 3 mm vessel wall, approximately Ø171 mm bag basket diameter and 750 mm basket length for the example configuration.

How many filter bags are available?

The supplied series includes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24-bag configurations.

What is the reference flow range?

The table lists 60 T/H for INCE-MB-02 up to 720 T/H for INCE-MB-24. Actual flow must be recalculated for the working liquid and filter bag.

What materials and temperature are available?

The supplied sheet lists 304 and 316L stainless steel, design pressure of 1.0 MPa and operating temperature up to 130°C.

How is the cover opened?

A davit arm, rocker handwheel, lifting rings and multiple fasteners help lift, move and secure the heavy vessel cover.

Can dimensions and connections be customized?

Yes. Bag count, vessel diameter, wall thickness, inlet/outlet size, connection, height, support legs, surface finish and lifting system can be customized after drawing approval.
