Incefiltration manufactures multi bag filter housings for large-flow industrial liquid filtration. The series covers 2 to 24 filter bags with reference flows from 60 to 720 T/H. A davit-arm opening system, side inlet, bottom outlet, reinforced vessel body and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction support reliable operation in petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, power, papermaking, water treatment, automotive, coatings and electronics applications.
The following features are organized directly from the supplied Incefiltration product sheet.
A broad range of parallel filter bag quantities supports medium- and high-flow systems.
The davit arm and handwheel mechanism help open and move the heavy vessel cover quickly.
304 or 316L construction provides corrosion resistance for compatible industrial liquids.
Parallel bags provide a large filtration area and a stable structure for high-flow systems.
The compact housing volume helps minimize retained liquid and product loss.
The flow arrangement supports drainage and more complete liquid discharge.
High-strength lifting rings and multiple cover fasteners help maintain cover tightness.
The multi bag housing combines a reinforced vessel, quick-opening cover, davit arm, rocker handwheel, filter baskets and bags, side inlet, bottom outlet and widened support legs.
Each perforated basket supports one filter bag and maintains the filtration shape.
Multiple lifting rings and fasteners support secure cover sealing and maintenance.
Widened legs improve vessel stability and installation support.
The supplied product series ranges from 2-bag to 24-bag housings.
Three image positions are reserved for the cover interior, lifting-ring hardware and davit-arm mechanism shown in the supplied sheet.
