Single Bag Filter Housing
An economical choice for batch processing, transfer lines and general liquid clarification. Available in side-entry, top-entry, swing-bolt, clamp and quick-opening designs.
Incefiltration manufactures industrial filter housings for water, chemicals, food and beverage, coatings, electronics, pharmaceuticals, petroleum and process liquids. Select by flow rate, filtration element, pressure, corrosion resistance, automation and maintenance requirements.
Each product category is presented as an independent module for clear navigation and SEO structure.
An economical choice for batch processing, transfer lines and general liquid clarification. Available in side-entry, top-entry, swing-bolt, clamp and quick-opening designs.
Several filter bags operate in parallel inside one vessel to increase total area and capacity for large process streams, cooling water, chemicals, coatings and edible oils.
Automatically removes contaminants from a screen or element without opening the vessel. Cleaning can be triggered by differential pressure, time or process signals.
Designed for large-diameter pleated cartridges that process more liquid per element than conventional cartridges, reducing vessel size, footprint and change-out labor.
Holds standard or sanitary pleated cartridges for fine particle removal and liquid polishing. Compatible with PP, PES, PTFE, PVDF, nylon and glass-fiber media.
Installed before membranes, pumps, heat exchangers, filling lines or sensitive equipment to capture residual particles and provide a final filtration barrier.
Designed for corrosive chemicals, high-purity liquids and applications requiring a metal-free wetted path. PPH is economical; PVDF supports more demanding compatible chemical and purity requirements.
Use this table as an initial guide. Final design must be confirmed from actual process conditions.
| Housing Type | Element | Flow Positioning | Main Advantage | Typical Applications | Materials |

Common questions before specifying a bag, cartridge or self-cleaning housing.
Bag housings are typically selected for high dirt loading and economical particle removal. Cartridge housings provide broader media and micron choices, including fine pleated and membrane filtration.
Use one when a single bag cannot provide enough flow or area. Parallel bags reduce face velocity and may extend service life.
It is a final protective cartridge housing installed before membranes, pumps, nozzles, filling equipment or other sensitive components.
PPH or PVDF may be preferred for corrosive liquids or metal-free flow paths. Final selection depends on concentration, temperature and pressure.
Provide housing type, liquid, flow, pressure, temperature, filter element, micron rating, connections, material, seals, orientation and quantity.
